Maximize the life of your Airmax Aeration System by maintaining your air filter. The durable white-finned media can be cleaned periodically for light debris but it should be replaced every 3-6 months for maximum system performance and longevity. The finned air filter element only can be placed inside the black canister filter assembly that came with your Airmax Shallow Water HP, PondSeries, or LakeSeries Aeration Systems.
The complete black canister air filter assemblies come with the finned air filter element inside and are available with a 1/4" or 3/8" threaded screw at the bottom. Purchase the 3/8" Complete Air Filter Assembly if for the 1 hp Airmax PS60 or LS120 models. Purchase the 1/4" Complete Air Filter Assembly for all other models (1/4, 1/2, or 3/4 hp).
