Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. All items being returned must be new, untested and in unused condition. Items that have been tested are not returnable. Should the returned items have been eligible for free shipping, the customer will have the return shipping charges deducted from their refund.
Certain items are not returnable. These include pond liner, underlayment, special and custom orders, tubing, aquatic plants, plant and fish foods.
All returns require a return authorization number. If you wish to return an item you must first contact us to get your return authorization number. Any returns sent to us without the return authorization will be refused. When contacting us be prepared to provide your order number, email address and information about the item you wish to return.
Items being returned or exchanged must be in original unused condition and have all the manufacturer packaging, warranty cards and manuals as well as any accessories. Please do not write on, tape or affix and notes, stickers or anything that may damage the item or its packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has been marred by such alterations.
Safely pack your return in a box appropriate for shipping and clearly mark your return authorization on the outside. Any returns without a return authorization number will be refused and you will incur any costs for return or disposal of the item. We strongly recommend you use “insured service”. We are not responsible for any freight or shipping charges on any orders regardless of the reason for the return.
