Most orders ship from our warehouse in PA. Occasionally, orders will ship directly from the manufacturer.
Most orders over $49 will ship for free via standard service. * *Large, oversized items may not qualify. Shipments to PR, AK, HI are not eligible.
As part of our service we provide tracking numbers for orders once shipped. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at the time your order is placed. Every effort is made to ship orders same day. Orders received after 1pm cannot be guaranteed same-day shipping. Orders may ship via several methods including FedEx, UPS and USPS. Large, heavy or oversized items may ship via Freight.
Upon receipt of your package be sure to inspect all items for damage and check that you’ve received all the items you ordered and those items are correct. Timely inspection of your packages is critical for claims filing should there be any issues.
Issues with orders must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery.
Orders valued at $500 or greater must be sent with signature required.
Oversized and Truck Freight Shipments
Rolled liners, tubing and other oversized items may need to ship via freight carrier. Please contact customer service to obtain a freight quote for large or oversized items.
